me on the ANN VARNUM show!

OK, so I’m sitting at my desk today trying to get caught up when the phone rings… I answer with my usual “Thank you for calling… yadda yadda yadda… when all of the sudden a familiar voice is broadcast over the phone line. It was Ann Varnum herself calling to invite me to appear on her talk show! WHOA… I’m thinking I must be in BIZZARO LAND because surely she’s isn’t calling ME!

So to make my story short, I’ll just say that I’ll be taking some of my wall portraits and a few albums over to her studio on May 28th for a little “show and tell”… How COOL is that!!! I may even bring some pics of the new studio because she says they can show them as slides during the show Who knows, maybe I’ll end up a local celebrity, wink wink…

Picking up your pics!

Hi everyone - Just a couple shots from our new studio with a quick update!!!
We still have a few print orders that were not picked up prior to our move.
I just wanted to make certain that everyone knew that print orders can now be picked up at our new location! Even though our official GRAND OPENING won’t be until May 1st, we didn’t want anyone waiting TOO long to get their prints!

We’re just a few doors down from Fun Zone on Westgate Pkwy! Just look for the new red brick plaza directly across from the National Guard Armory! We have a black & gold sign over our door

We close at 5:00 Tues-Friday and often work outdoors on the weekends, so if you plan to come on a Saturday to pick up then you’ll want to call ahead! 334-673-1879 If you haven’t been contacted about your prints, feel free to call us to find out the status of your order! We have tried desperately NOT to let anyone slip through the cracks during the move, but better safe than sorry… I wouldn’t want you driving over just to find out that yours isn’t ready yet!

Bay Limo Shoot…

We have rescheduled for May 18 and plan to have a PLANNING SESSION a day or two prior to the shoot! If you are one of the models chosen for this event, please confirm ASAP if you will be available on May 18th! We look forward to working with everyone

MOVING DAY!!!

YAY! Thanks to a few guys with muscles, we hope to get some vital things moved into the new studio starting TODAY!!! We will have our viewing station up by tomorrow, but will show images on our regular desktop computer starting this afternoon! If you didn’t have a chance to pick up your print order before we moved, I promise to have them in a special place later today so you can stop by and pick them up! Orders that were placed the week before we packed up should be ready for pick up later this week! I don’t want anyone waiting one extra minute than absolutely necessary!

Special thanks to Joe and Steven who have been such a blessing throughout this entire experience. We truly could not have done this without them! Also, just wanted to share another bridal portrait that was done the week of our move. Jamie’s wedding is coming up in just a couple weeks; I can hardly wait to see one of her amazing bridal portraits on display at her reception! -Miss Cindi

Last session on Main Street!

Carmen said she felt “SPECIAL” to have been the last bride to have her shoot at our Main Street studio. It’s kind of like the end of an era for us even though we were only in this building for a couple years! What an incredible blessing it has been to be in this building. I will miss it dearly, but there’s nothing like having a BIGGER STUDIO!!! I am looking forward to the final stages of our move as we GROW a bit more in our NEW LOCATION!!! Our sign went up yesterday at our Westgate Pkwy location and now I think it’s all finally beginning to be REAL!!! We won’t be shooting next week, but hope to have everything back up by the following week -Cindi

Yippie!!! I’ve been asked to do yet another shoot for Southern Bride Magazine and this one is going to be in Dothan!!! Just a few last minute goodies for the June edition I’m so excited You won’t find my work in any local magazines because I’ve been too busy working for bigger fish! Truth is, there’s nothing wrong with hometown publications, but I have to admit that getting published on a larger scale is so much more exciting! -Cindi K

I can hardly wait to start shooting in my new studio! I’ve got LOTS of SURPRIZES in store there and can hardly wait to share It seems as though it’s taken forever and a day to get everything together, but we’re on the home stretch and plan to start moving things over next week! The recipe for my DREAM STUDIO!

Take one AWESOME agent who is willing to show you every property for miles around, add approx 1 year of searching and a builder who is willing to make all your dreams come true! Only then can you begin to understand how determined I was to find the PERFECT space for us to grow in!
So, thanks to many prayers being answered, a ton of hard work and one very supportive husband, my dream studio is soon to be realized! Look for us soon at 560 Westgate Pkwy in Dothan’s newest portrait design studio and gallery!
